Mountains of Madness is an animated web-series based on H.P. Lovecraft’s Novella “At the Mountains of Madness”.
Lovecraft has been cited as an inspiration to such creators as Guillermo del Toro, John Carpenter, Mike Mignola, and many more. Author Stephen King called Lovecraft "the twentieth century's greatest practitioner of the classic horror tale." This novella is considered one of Lovecraft's greatest and most cherished works, but it has never before been realized cinematically.
Innovativ Media and Sloan Motion Pictures have developed the series and have produced the initial three episodes of what is expected to be a total production of 30 episodes.

Stephen Sloan, the series Writer, Director and Co-Producer, has been a broadcast animation industry veteran for over 15 years. His most recent work has been in the development and production of web-based and televised animated series for clients such as Comedy Central, Adult Swim, Teletoon, FOX and Disney XD among many others. As a fan of Lovecraft’s work himself, Stephen brings a passion for the material to his passion for animated storytelling.
